I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Schumacher Auto while shopping for the VW Atlas. Initially, we agreed on a lease terms, signed the draft, provided all the necessary documents to process, and went back to work. Troy seemed like a nice and honest guy during the process. However, upon returning to finalize everything, and take the car, the dealership made several dishonest moves! Firstly, the final agreement showed a 10,000 mile allowance instead of 12,000.
