    Recently purchased a certified preowned car from them with new tires. On the way home on the highway I noticed a vibration. I contacted my sales person and we scheduled for me to come in for service to look over it. I left work earl and drove 30 miles back to dealer and explained to the advisor what was happening. He said they would take a look. I saw they never put the vehicle on the lift to verify tires were balanced properly which is what I asked for. Advisor tells me it was because of the cheaper tires the dealer installed and I’d need to replace them. I didn’t believe this and paid an independent shop out of pocket to check my tires. What they found is that the VW tech installed EIGHT 1oz weighs on a single tire! It only needed 1 ounce! Tires were NOT the problem. The problem is the advisor and lazy techs that didn’t want to help a customer because they probably weren’t making any money off it. I will NOT be bringing my car for service here.

    I was told “absolutely no loaner for you.” Multiple times from the service manager Anthony. This was my third time my car has been in because your mechanics have messed up, ie brake fluid leaking due to technician not tightening bolts and head gas casket blowing off because technicians didn’t fill coolant and over filled oil. Your technicians are awful. So I asked for a loaner, was told “absolutely no loaner for you.” I spent $70 on an uber home to be called an hour later that they have a loaner for me. Anthony is a joke. He laughed and told me to uber just to get a loaner for me later in the day. I am still owed $300 for towing under Florida’s motor vehicle repair act since I had to tow it when I had no brakes. That was 3 months ago. I have heard nothing from the dealership about my reimbursement. You guys are terrible, starting with the technicians and Anthony. My car also had a flat tire when I picked it up from the last servicing. It did not have a flat when I dropped it off.
