I had 2 issues with my most recent experience: communication was severely lacking and I was not provided a loaner car while my car was in the shop for 5 days despite paying an extended warranty that outlined loaner cars or reimbursement for a rental as a benefit. I called to make an appointment and it was able to be brought in same day, which was great, however, I expressed the need for a loaner car and was told that could be arranged on site. Apparently there were no loaner cars available and they offered to pay for an Uber home, which does not help with everyday transportation needs. I was under the impression the car would be available for pickup on Friday so I let it go. I could not get anyone on the phone or to return messages so I had to go in person TWICE to get an update. Diagnostics were not even run until Friday afternoon, at which point I was told there was no possibility for a loaner car, a rental, etc. and a generic "on behalf of this dealership, sorry". This doesn't change the fact that this was part of the sales pitch and supposedly an added value of working with VW and purchasing the warranty.
