Overall how the advisor receive their commissions put the clients at risk of not completing the job correctly. How they are compensated it gives them a kind of bushing the clients off because some cases will not get paid if its not a out of pocket job.

I had a serious tire issue that became apparent last Friday morning. Drove slowly to VW for diagnosis and help. I had no appointment, however, the service department assisted me almost immediately. The tire was under warranty, in stock, and a service person replaced the tire. My service assistant was most kind, informative and polite.

Service and parts department overwhelmed. Although service Team was friendly and professional, turn around for service and return of vehicle was slow. No support with loaner or rental. Salesman, Yousef, very helpful.
