I must say the Service Mgr(Toni) at Schumaker, Northlake was excellent in remedying my new VW Taos issue. I cannot say this about the VW Schumaker, Palm Beach Lakes---that experience was horrible with an appointment for the new car issue (noted w/i a day) was brought in for a diagnostic & then advised to return for a 2 hour appointment to do the update. When going to schedule the appointment at the Northlake Schumacher there was no documentation of a visit to Schumacher Palm Beach Lakes(10/30--Jesse service tech) nor was there any records/diagnostic report in the computer. The Palm Beach Lakes service manager(Ric), THIS IS NOT SERVICE THAT SCHUMACHER SHOULD BE PROUD OF. They DON'T get 5 stars like Schumacher Northlake who ended up dealing with the issue & resolving it.

Jackie was great that helped me. The service person has done something to my gas gage and it no longer works since my Taos was serviced. I called and left messages and no one has called me back. I work and it's hard to get my car down there. I need this fixed ASAP.
