    service advisor, Marco, was not at all accommodating. I sent this email to him last week and he did not bother responding. Marco - I wanted to speak to you when I dropped off the Chevy loaner after it was cleaned yesterday but you were busy at the time. I understand the issue of bringing in a loaner that is messy and apologies on my end for that. There were many frustrations on this entire experience and as an end customer I do not care if it is corporate VW or not. You guys stand behind the VW brand name. I run a business and customer service is important to me. If I were in your shoes I would have taken a different approach, I would have said look this is not the way to return a car however you have gone through alot of trouble and we will take care of it. I literally found out yesterday morning the Atlas was ready, I had dropped the kids at school and taken out the car seats, sure I should've gotten the car cleaned however this wasn't a not normal circumstance. We had that car for 2 months with 2 little kids. The issue I had is when you said I will not to loan you cars in the future, I took that as a threat and something very unprofessional. I just need you to understand where I stand on this.

    Service advisor was irritated and very rude. They are understaffed and when arriving to pick up our vehicle the advisor had to go wash a car for another customer making us wait while our car was parked and ready. Upon returning he was very rude. This seems to be consistent with this dealership and they are really busy to be so understaffed. When you call in to make an appointment the receptionist that scheduleds doesn’t provide the name of the advisor and this is critical as you can get any where without the persons name.

    Customer Service needs improvement. I was not notified by the Service Dept. or CS that my Service Advisor was out of office. I was calling for 3 days to get in touch with someone who could tell me when my VW would be ready for pickup. My car was at your location for 6 days. I couldnt ever get the Service Manager on the phone.
