    The mechanic was very nice, but we have never had the greatest experience with service representatives. This time, the door was dirty, as someone had serviced the car and touched the very light tan door. Also, there is a black pen about 2 inches above the driver's seat, as someone reached for the seatbelt with a pen in hand. We are not taking the car to this dealer anymore.

    My rep Michael was good but the service took over 2 hours. I would have liked to have been kept up to date on the status of things...just checked in on once or twice. Michael was pleasant and helpful tho. He ran my car through the car wash which was a nice little touch.

    I dropped my car off early on Wednesday and was told it would be ready the same day or the next day. When I still hadn’t heard anything on Friday at noon, I called and left a voice message. It seems that something was wrong with your phone system and my advisor didn’t get my messages. After speaking to the operator at a different location, she got a message to your office. Finally, just before 5 on Friday, my advisor called me that her manager gave her the message I was looking for her and told me she had just gotten my keys. I should have been notified Wednesday or Thursday that it was going to take longer.
