Well, on my 1st visit to VW Schumacher was very impressive! I followed up on my request for service on recalls that Wallace VW of Stuart was unable to performed recalls for my VW 1D4. I went to the Customer Service and inquire about recall service and immediately was referred to Thomas Vargas outside of the CS offiice. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful to my problem. He took my information since there was no service history on my vehicle at Schumacher. He said that he is able to perform all recalls but the some parts need to be ordered and he will sewt up an appointment when the parts came and informed me that it might take 1 to 2 days to complete service.

Massive vibration on my steering wheel when speed of 50+. Took the Atlas to a local mechanic and with no knowledge of my two new tires said the balance was off on both and that fixed the vibration.

Our service person(Jackie) was wonderful and I’m hoping that she’s employed there for a long time. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, keeps us updated, and always returns our calls which has not happened in the past with other service people.
My complaint is that even with an appointment the car is always there for days. It seems that service is no longer completed in one day. I realize that good help is hard to find these days, but I think you need to buff up your service department, and if that proves too difficult, then don’t make so many appointments.
