Dealership overbooks appointments on purpose and cannot handle the volume. I have a VW Atlas and had a 9 am appointment which means nothing at this dealership I had to wait 90 minutes before I went and saw my car was 4 or 5 th in to get into the shop after telling the service manager if it was going to take long I would go home. Spent 90 minutes waiting then went home. They call me at 130 to pick up car for an oil change and remove engine cover recall. Dealership overbooks/under delivers to make excess profit. I will go elsewhere

Overall experience was great. I was able to drop my car off before the appointment. Jackie C. was extremely helpful and very kind. Car was ready on time - even on a busy Saturday and the issues I brought it in for seem to be resolved (and were likely caused from getting services done at non-VW shops). Dealerships often get a bad rep but my (first) experience was very good.

This review is not a reflection of my service advisor Thomas V. He always provides 5 star services. However, cash was taken from my console. I usually take everything out but my mom had to drop the car off for service (I went into hospital) and wasnt aware of the cash in there for our trip. Its not even about the money but how uneasy it makes me feel. I'm not sure if I'll ever return to this location and I loved my service advisor. :c

I have been to this location several times and each time was disappointing. This particular time it took a week to get my car fixed and there was no communication until I reached out. When I picked up my car it was not charged or cleaned. They tried to tell me it’s because a fire truck was blocking—however I didn’t pick up my car on the day they called so they had plenty of time. The people are nice but no one seems to know what’s going on. There’s more but I’m not sure it’s even worth it to mention.

Thomas at North Palm Beach location did a great job as always servicing my car! He is always on top of things and knows exactly what and when to check and make sure my vehicle is in good condition and all the safety precautions are being taken care of!
