Jackie was very prompt with assisting me with my tire. It was a Friday afternoon & my tire light went on for the low pressure. I was about to head out to drive to the other coast that day & she was able to get me in & all fixed up so I could be on my way. And, she was very friendly, eager to help & concerned about getting my tire fixed before driving such a distance!

The service that was performed was adequate. The wait time was not. My car sat for 2.5 days before it was even looked at. It makes no sense to have a customer book an appointment but then not even look at the car for days. No loaner car was available until shortly before my car was done.
