I recently visited the Volkswagen service department, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything ran smoothly and professionally. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding support I received from my service advisor, Thomas.
Thomas was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain what services were needed, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and kept me informed every step of the way. His professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference and turned what can often be a stressful experience into a very positive one.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Thomas not only ensured that my car was well taken care of, but also made sure I felt valued as a customer. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude.

Had to wait over a week for diagnostics, had to wait 3-4 weeks for a small Jetta loaner not comparable to the Atlas we brought in( we have kids). Had to wait over 4 months for a piece needed for repair. Car sat outside for months while waiting for piece. Finally picked up the car and it started giving low battery warnings a day after. Now the car randomly turns off when driving slow in parking lowly or backing out of driveway. Have to shift the car into park and turn the vehicle back on. Don’t feel safe driving vehicle with my family. Not reliable. First time bringing it to this location for repair and will be the last. Had to reach out multiple times to dealership to try to get updates throughout process. Was in communication with VW customer care who was really no help throughout process. Submitted everything to VW buyback program, they said they had 60 days to review to respond. It’s been over 60 days with no response.

Thomas Vargas is wonderful. He has always been pleasant and helpful. He got me in and out quickly for an oil change. He remembered my name from months back, which adds a personal touch. Very nice young man.
