Thomas Vargas was our service advisor and he was extremely professional and polite. He made the whole experience great. Also helped that most of our service was covered under warranty. The one thing I was not happy about was I had to pay $250 just to get told that my headlight was aftermarket and not covered under warranty. Seemed a little extreme.

I live in Indiana, but came down for two weeks to fill in for a vacationing colleague. During my last week, suddenly an engine light came on and my car began to drive very poorly. This was a Sunday. On Monday, I called for an appointment, but was told I couldn't be seen until a week from then. I explained my situation and a gentleman named Dan said he'd try to squeeze me in. Not only did he, but I had my car back the same day. It was a great relief and fantastic customer service.
My vehicle had a few issues with some warning lights suddenly appearing. Daniel helped me get an earlier appointment. He kept me informed as to how the issues were being corrected and also coordinated having 4 new tires installed on my vehicle since the vehicle was already at Schumacher service department. As soon as my Passat was ready, Daniel called me so that I could pick up my car and settle my bill. My car was also vacuumed and wash upon my pick up. Daniel is a terrific consultant and asset to Schumacher.

Yaris was our sales guy and he was the best sales person we’ve dealt with. Bought 6 cars through Schumacher and keep going back! The service advisor (Daniel) was the best I’ve experienced since I’ve owned my car. He got me in and out was highly knowledgeable. My check engine light had been on since February. The last service advisor (I won’t say her name) blew me off and told me it would take weeks for an appt. And I’d have to leave my car for days! Daniel was kind and respectful and I can’t recommend him enough. He got me in and out within 1.5 hours and I was all set and now feel safe about driving my car.

Service associate kept me updated several times during the work on my Jetta. Altogether, I was there more than 3 hours, for a new battery and retooling the computer. They also washed the car.
After 5 years of owning my VW Tiguan I found the service department that won’t have me waiting all day for an oil change. Thanks to Rob Venero I was in and out in about 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. This is the service department I will use from now on.
The window sticker should not show blind spot monitor and cross traffic alert and then credit back out at the bottom. I would not have purchased the Taos if it had not printed those 2 options . I missed seeing where it had been credited back out. I am disappointed in my purchased. this will not keep me from returning to Shumacher Lake Park.

I knew my battery was not working properly and I must say I was discouraged after my first trip to the service department but at that point it really wasn’t possible to detect the problem.
